The layout of the halls provides a large number and varied size of exhibition stands. Stands are available as space only or can include a complete shell scheme package. Please see the options available below and indicate your wishes in the application form.

How to Exhibit at GRAPAS Europe 2026

1. Fill in the online application form with your stand preferences and company profile.

2. You can choose to book space only and exhibit with your own booth or you can order a shell scheme package from the organizer

3. We will send you a stand proposal based on your preferences

4. After you approve the stand location we will send you a confirmation letter and the first invoice of 25%

5. Four months before the event you receive second invoice for 75%

6. Optional you can apply for other brand promotion items or check the possibilities to book a technical seminar to present your company.
